McLaren Health Care is investing US$40 million to open a new freestanding emergency department and a multispecialty medical office building, enhancing convenient access to essential healthcare services. The new facility will be located in USA.

Features:

With 8,500 square feet of the planned 33,680-square-foot building allocated to the emergency department, the facility aims to provide easier community access to diagnostic imaging, lab services, family medicine, and various specialty services.

The emergency department, equipped with 17 rooms, will be staffed by a full complement of emergency physicians and care teams. The family medicine office will be able to accommodate up to five primary care providers.

The facility will offer on-campus access to a range of imaging modalities including X-ray, ultrasound, and CT scans, with provisions for additional imaging capacity and procedures through mobile units.

Office space will be designated for rotating specialists such as cardiologists, neurologists, and surgical consultants.

Construction is expected to take approximately one year, with the first patient scheduled to be treated in the fall of 2025.
